OTB: 1 Christine Robertson

I am submitting my comment here for Christine Robertson's resort SOP project. Her project slides were very descriptive and well-organized. She communicated the goals and scope of her project clearly. The feedback I could offer was that, due to the broad scope of the client's needs, and considering the constraints of a single ID student producing a product in the span of time allotted for this project as our class project, it would be crucial for her to clearly define and document the parameters of what she was agreeing to deliver based on the needs assessment of the client and communications between them. My advice was to not take for granted that these constraints were understood or appreciated from the client's perspective. I added that managing expectations is something easy to take for granted, but it can lead to failures in an otherwise very workable project that could lead to more work and a successful client relationship.
